Good products, bad customer service

While I believe their products are quality, their customer service is the worst I've encountered. A missing item from our significant holiday order was met with unhelpful responses. They suggested emailing for support, but this lack of assistance overshadows the product quality. I will not shop with them again.

Terrible support experience

While I find their products to be of decent quality, the support I received was the worst I've ever encountered. A piece was missing from the order we placed for the holidays, and their response was far from helpful, suggesting I email them for assistance. This kind of service ruins the overall impression of their products. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Shipping address issue

The website changed my shipping address back to my billing address. I called first thing in the morning and encountered a chaotic phone center where the representative was unprofessional, laughing and cutting me off. She struggled with basic English and informed me that the company would not change the shipping address. I cannot recommend this company.

Frustrating experience

I placed an order over the phone expecting a discount, but it wasn't applied. After several calls, I was told to wait for a callback that never came. When I finally reached them again, they claimed I used points, which I did not. My account shows zero points. I've never experienced such poor communication from a company, especially over a small amount of money. I requested a return label for the unopened items, but they were unwilling to assist. I have grandchildren and will not spend any more money here.

Incomplete puzzle issue

A 3-year-old received a 48-piece puzzle, but upon opening the box, we discovered only 47 pieces. I contacted the company and was met with a lack of assistance, simply being told 'sorry' with no offer for a replacement. Their quality control and customer support are severely lacking.

Disappointing quality
