I like the carpet; I DO NOT LIKE the fact that I can not reach anyone in regards to a return. No phone number to call, or NO return on an email sent twice for an ADDRESS to send the carpet back.
I ordered several of their washable rugs. The rugs are beautiful and soft as advertised. When one of the rugs delivered was the wrong color, they gave me the option to keep the rug I had received along with a full refund, or to choose a free replacement. The customer service was very responsive and helpful!
I got my rugs they were great quality and very soft and beautiful. Liked them so much I ordered another one . Great customer service. Definitely keep doing business with this company .
I was served an ad for La Home rugs, and ended up purchasing an 8X10 rug for my living room. The purchasing process was very easy, and shipping was very quick. As you would expect with a machine washable rug, they are on the thinner side, and have a nice sturdy seeming backing that makes the rug lay nicely on the floor. The colors and pattern are exactly as pictured on their website (which is not a given in this AI landscape). I am really happy with my purchase and have already recommend La Home to friends and family!
I ordered two rugs and they were shipped and arrived promptly. I expected them to be more plush, with thicker pile. The sizes were as expected but the materials were not of the quality I would expect for the price I paid. They also came folded up in shipping and that causes seams in the design.

However, the support team was quick to respond to my inquiries and promptly refunded the difference! Excellent service! After receiving my rugs, I was so pleased that I made another purchase!

The rug we received matched our expectations perfectly, but it turned out to be just slightly oversized for the area (by about an inch). Since it was the exact style we were after, we decided to reorder it in a smaller size, and it fits wonderfully now. We haven't washed it yet, but we hope it holds up well when we do. The company was accommodating, understanding our concerns about the original size, even though their refund policy was a bit unclear. Another plus: I had questions about shipping times, but our rug arrived much sooner than anticipated!
