I initially sought help from another place for a software issue, but they kept my computer for 2 days and returned it with a broken battery. Fortunately, I went to a local service to get the battery replaced, and I am incredibly grateful—they truly are life savers. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, clearly knowledgeable about their work. Even though I arrived when they were supposed to be closed, they still took the time to replace my battery. I was able to watch the process, and they even replaced some missing screws at no extra charge! They thoroughly checked everything to confirm that the battery was indeed the issue and ensured it was completely fixed. Plus, I received a 3-month warranty that fully covers the new battery without any cost. When it was time to pay, the initial price was nearly $300, which I was more than willing to pay, but they felt it was too much and offered me a 10% discount because it was an older model. This service has a wonderful team that knows exactly what they’re doing. I couldn't ask for better assistance, and I highly recommend them!

The team seemed welcoming and professional at first when I visited in July. Having previously had great experiences with tech support elsewhere, I would rate this service as 2/10. Simply put, they overpromise and underdeliver. I paid for 1.5 hours to transfer data from an iPhone and conduct a malware scan and software installation. The scan was never performed, and only one folder of 1500 photos was imported. Despite asking, I was told verbally that the malware scan was completed. Additionally, I paid $80 to wipe my iPad since I was locked out, but I still ended up with a locked device.
