Ordered an item. It arrived to small. They would not exchange it. They wanted me to send them 20 us for an exchange item or they would pay me back 10% of order. Totally a terrible company. And the pants I ordered were of cheap thin quality. If I could have given a negative number I would have. Don't waist your money

I’m very disappointed in this company. I ordered a bra in my regular size after reading all their promises of a full refund including shipping and return shipping. The bra was extremely larger than my other bras even though all read same size. When I requested a refund and return method , I was offered several alternatives. When I refused, I was informed that “ shipping and handling fees plus return shipping would be deducted. My only choice was to keep the useless bra and accept a 70 % refund. Be aware!’
I saw on Facebook the pants, they looked good but didn’t realise the company is from US, paid Au$77 and didn’t get any email confirming the purchase. When i googled the company and saw the reviews but it was too late. They replied that the merchandise is being shipped. Oh my god, such terrible sewing and quality. They said the return costs would be my costly and offered me a 15 % refund. For two lousy pants which were too tight for me, i can’t even wear them. Don’t ever buy anything from them. Scammers.
The long trousers (pants) ordered were far too large. At least 2 sizes extra to my order.The quality of fabric is extremely poor and the manufacture of the trousers (pants) unprofessional.I will have to unpick all seams etc, recut, resew to my size as the cost of freight to return, out weights the items.Very disappointed.
Very bad sizing very poor workmanship. No tags to say what size you got and nothing on how to care for the garments. I ordered two pair of very petite Pants size 8 to 10 they are more like size 12. Also the colour in one pair was wrong. I ordered sage green and received a shiny grey .
Did not fit. I ordered four bras and received them on December 30/24. They totally don’t fit. The cup is so small it would maybe fit a teenager!!! I have been emailing them and they offered me 10% discount if I just keep them! Why would I keep them when they do not fit!! I am just getting the run around from them. I do not recommend dealing with this scamming business. It is now Jan 8, 2026 and no results.
Item defected!!! Terrible company and customer service. I believe it’s a fake knockoff, very cheap material which arrived stretched underneath bra support. They will not refund fully “before I pay out of pocket first and mail it back to Taiwan”. Surethere! Scammers!!
