Upon realizing this is not the site I anticipated, I found that they only process unsubscriptions if you provide a 4-5 star review on Trustpilot. They suggest what to write; otherwise, they refuse to refund the amount charged. We canceled a month ago but have been charged again twice. No positive review, no refund. A glance at the reviews shows many others share similar experiences.
