However, the process started slowly, taking about three weeks for production to begin, which was longer than with other providers. I accepted this delay due to their focus on quality. Unfortunately, the product had to be remade three times, and the measurements remained incorrect. After voicing my concerns, I spoke with the manager, which only escalated the situation. The conversation felt one-sided; he talked extensively about the company but didn't address my issues or allow me to explain fully. I felt ignored and unsupported. It was like speaking to someone very self-absorbed. I've since switched to another provider and had a much better experience with quicker turnaround times and accurate production. I'm relieved that the issues with the service came to light early, allowing me to shift before committing long-term. My advice: Improve management communication skills and ensure knowledgeable staff handle products.
