Ordered a replacement laptop screen and this was processed very quickly. Unfortunately there were some problems with Royal Mail (as I had purchased Special Delivery Next Day) The delivery was delayed, however this was outside the control of laptop-lcd-screen. Nick at laptop-lcd-screen was great in resolving the issue refunding the delivery charge (as they will claim back from Royal Mail)Communication was great. Screen eventually arrived. Well packaged. Installed and working perfectly.Would definitely recommend this company and will use again for any repairs in future. Many thanks
