The theme is impressive, with many details well-designed. For instance, content can be set independently for both desktop and mobile, a feature that many themes charge for. Additionally, the manual support service is superb. The representative responds quickly and can generally complete our modifications within 24 hours. We have been using it for a year and continue to purchase manual support services.
The theme is buggy to the point where I couldn't get it installed. Freelancers didn't want to deal with it. They denied a refund and could only provide support at inconvenient times. Fixing this would take months at a snail's pace, and once the support period ended, I would need to purchase another theme.
