New screen delivered on time through RoyalMail. Instruction video for removal of old screen and fitting of new to my TOSHIBA SATELLITE C670 10P was excellent and after viewing it a couple of times I was confident to proceed. The only issue I had was in trying to align new screen to screw holes on both sides, ended up shoving toothpicks through holes whilst tightening rest of screws. Screen worked perfectly after installation. Magnetic screwdrivers and a clear, preferably white workspace, are critical, very easy to drop the tiny screen holding screws.
The site claims fast delivery. Unfortunately, not on the products I ordered...8 days after the order, the product is still stuck in the UK and has not departed.Support is contacted. I'll share how this ticket went.Edit: 12/15/2024Eventually, the product was delivered on Dec. 3rd. It is a pity that crossing the Channel took twice the time of procuring another product from... China. UK seems nowadays literally farther away from the other side of the world. So if you have the choice, think twice.That said, product was well packaged and installed seamlessly. Nick was prompt to answer emails, as well as the customer service. But, I still believe it's better not to have to contact customer service.Suggestion to the company: change carrier.
