I cannot fault this companies approach to customer service, I made a mistake with model name on a product I needed a glass protector for and Protection Films 24 replaced the item with absolutely no questions asked. Please give them chance to rectify any problem before posting any negative reviews because in my experience their service is second to none!
I didn’t order these and I’m unsure of why they came?reading the ‘honest’ reviews it seems that this company is terrible and I can see why. The things that they Sent me for a smartwatch I have no use for but they scratch so easily. They look to tiny to fit a smartwatch tbh. I’d like to ask how this company got my details and just who ordered the product to me as I didn’t order it.
Very satisfied with the product, and excellent customer service!At first the screen protector I had ordered for my laptop was damaged during delivery so I reached out to customer sevice with my problem. They were happy to help, responded quickly and sent me a new screen protector immediately. The second time, the screen protector arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. The protector seem to be of good quality and was easy to apply! I haven't had any problems with the touch sensitivity on my screen either.
