I had to wait a while to get my laptop key replacement parts but I was updated about the delays. It was a supplier issue. Though it took a while, when my parts finally came in, they were correct. After having a broken shift key, and now having the right parts for the repair, it feels like I have a new computer. When I placed the order, customer service had me take photographs to send in to ensure I was getting the right part. Our replacement key for a logitech combo was easy to find on their website, arrived in a timely manner and came bundled in a smaller ziplock bag in the protective shipping envelope so nothing was lost in shipping.
