Review Time
The first key I ordered was the wrong one but it was my mistake. The second one looked exactly like what I needed but when I tried to install it I figured out I had a very rare model that they keyboard under the keys was inverted. After reaching out to support they found the exact key I needed and sent it at no cost (since I already bought two that didn’t work). I appreciate their support to get me what I needed. I do recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Real customer, from Arkansas.
I've had no issues with my replacement key. I made sure everything matched as instructed for ordering & snapped in like a charm. Don't know why folks are knocking this company down as a scam site. My experience fine. Only improvements is shipping since it took 10 days but I'm on east coast & think they shipping ground from Cali. Perhaps offer express shipping for those willing to pay extra. Other than that thank you from dealing with the headache of my internal IT dept who would of just sent me a new laptop instead :)
I’ve placed an order on March 1st ‘25. 24th of March still no key so I emailed them. was supposed to get a response within 24-48 hours. 8 day later (april 1st) still no response. Send them another email…. 48 hours later still no response.To me it feels like a scam. I see a lot of good reviews where they talk about “great Communications” doesn’t seem trust worthy anymore.—- Edit: I’ve received a response from the customer service. They asked me to wait an additional 5 day. Did that no package. Mailed them again took about 8 days, no response, send them another email and got response with the request to wait an additional 5 to 8 days. Told them I was not going to do that. They asked of I wanted a full refund or if I wanted them to send another one. I chose to keep hope and requested a new one. This was on April 18th and on May 5th I received the new button. When it. Comes to the quality of the button I can’t separate it from the original one so the quality is very good. Only thing they really need to work on is communication towards the customer. Other than that I am satisfied and changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
The wrong key was sent. The web site gives information on returning a key using the return form -- but there is no return form. E-mails to their questions/concerns e-mail address remain unanswered. Given the exhorbitant cost for this tiny piece of plastic, and the high shipping/handling fees, I expect much better customer service. All things considered, I am seeing this more as a scam than as just a business error.
