I've been following Laura and her shop for a while now and was checking out her website frequently to hunt down my dream bag. The bag came as full set with Entrupy certificate both digital and printed out. The box was wrapped very secured so no damage could happen which I really appreciated. Before my purchase I checked out all pictures very carefully as the bag was described as light signs of use. BUT the bag looks like new! The condition is beyond my expectations and I am so grateful that Laura is so honest in her description and makes sure you see every detail and know about any "flaw" or sign of use. I feel like she wants to make sure that one doesn't get disappointed when buying a used bag. I am so so so happy and I know that will not be my last purchase from her.
