Terrible service, absolutely terrible service. I wish I read the reviews before buying, I’m l at a loss and they aren’t doing anything. All they are saying is robotic answers. Do not buy!!!!!!!!
I really like the style and fit of their jackets and overshirts. I have found that their size small in certain combats are way too long in the leg for me, but the lightweight cargo pants fit perfectly.
I've bought two items from Capo, the cuff frayed on a full zip jumper after a few wears but I bought an overshirt which is really good quality.
I contacted CS around returns for the full zip jumper, but the process seemed archaic and I didn't proceed with it.
No issues with delivery.
I left a review on here two weeks ago stating I hadn’t had a refund for my missing item in that time. I have still not had any correspondence from CAPO. Funny thing was I had an email from them stating I was one of their most loyal customer. Unfortunately, that will never be the case again. As I would never ever deal with these people again their refund policy is a joke. I am not going to let this lie. I’m going to fight it as much as possible. I am now in the process of the citizens advice bureau I know it’s only £85. It’s more the principle that they think they can just take that money from me. This company is an absolute joke. I can guarantee they’ll come up with a comment saying they are looking into it which that’s what they’ve been saying from day one that’s two months ago. I will tell everybody and anyone to avoid their company.
I recently brought a slim fit polo neck top the sizing was good brilliant fit. Quality of the top is really good, good value for money for sure. The delivery time was exactly as it said. I will definitely be purchasing items off the site again.One very happy customer
