Product was nice but unfortunately, they decided to send 2 items to me on the 19th of September (according to the customer service) but no product came nor any information about it that they will be sending 2 products since they wont be able to deliver during winter. Then I received a payment reminder for 927kr, without knowing that I need to pay because I have no products and no invoice to pay before that. I had no choice but to pay the invoice because if not they will forward it to Kronofogden that might cause problem on my name for not being capable to pay. As of now, I still have not received the products and they had promised me last week for a refund and suddenly today they said I have to wait again until next week. My 927kr just disappeared and they won't refund it.
The product was ok, but going forward it is a bit too expensive given how much product you get. Too bad though because I love the makeup case 🥲 costumer service was quick and painless. Did exactly what I asked. Took 5 minutes. Maybe I'll come back if you lower prices a bit. 😊
I am very pleased with the product I purchased (foundation) and the support from customer service (Gladys) when I needed assistance with my subscription.I would be more happy if I could control the quantity and frequency in my subscription myself, without having to contact customer service.
