The website is very user friendly. The technology is excellent. The ability to 'pause' recorded courses during the workday is very helpful. The search engine to find courses is excellent and the course offerings are very varied.Some of the courses are excellent, others not so much but that is to be expected.

The presentations are high quality and on a wide range of topics. I definitely recommend it.
as a returning customer, I was having issues with getting the discount being offered at my renewal. I reached out online, and received a response that I found to be a bit dismissive, advising me that it should work and seemed to question my ability to figure something out. After a few attempts and reaching back out online, I finally received a call. I had already figured it out on my own. This shouldn't be that difficult to get someone to actually try to help with any issues that come up.
