I had a very negative experience with the service. I chose them because they claimed to have an office in Geelong, Victoria. After a few days, I began to investigate further. My instincts were telling me something was off. The supposed Geelong office was actually an IVF clinic. There are many different businesses sharing the same address in Melbourne. When I spoke with one of their representatives, he revealed that they are actually based in the Philippines. I immediately ended our agreement, yet they continue to send me invoices. How can you trust a company like this, especially with the prevalence of hackers and fraud? They should be looked into by the authorities. I've never encountered a conveyancer who sends a partial invoice days later; fees should always be paid on settlement day! One of their representatives even mentioned an additional fee of $180 if I wanted to meet someone in person. I strongly advise staying away from them, as there are plenty of other options out there.
