Paying for a system that I was not able to set up due to some unexpected personal issues that came up. I lost my 250 they said I could apply to my set up fee of $2k and started deducting my subscription fee of $97 for crm and 20 for dialer.
Lead Elevate DID NOT delivery on any of their promises to provide high quality prospects looking for my products and services. Out of 43 leads I received, 33 of these were Out of Service or Bad Phone Numbers. I was assured by my 'sales person' before I paid that if I was unhappy with the lead quality, they would much rather provide me with a 'Full Refund' rather than have an unhappy customer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and after 2 full weeks of dealing with Out of Service numbers, I requested a refund. They prey on agents who are unsuspecting and trust because they like so many other lead vendors are dishonest and care nothing about the agent. Their entire goal is to generate the lowest cost, lowest quality lead and sell it for a premium. Because in the end, they're a profit center and use their dishonest marketing strategies to lure in desperate and unsuspecting agents.
