This service is a complete scam!

This service is a total scam! Initially, they informed me that the system wouldn’t allow cancellations, even though the item hadn’t left the fulfillment center. It took them a week just to process the order, so if you have buyer's remorse, they will still proceed with it! After numerous emails to them and using their international partner, I was told that the pants were non-returnable. There was no indication during checkout that the pants for the suit I ordered couldn’t be returned. The automated system claimed the return policy stated this, but why would I keep pants if I can't fit the suit? If you are an international customer, be warned—they will take advantage of you! Avoid purchasing anything from this service! There’s no live representative to assist with any issues. I emailed them directly, only to be directed back to their international partner! This has been the worst experience imaginable! Please, do not order suits or pants unless you want to be stuck with them! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 On top of that, I had to pay $105 in non-refundable duty and customs fees, leading to a total loss of $400!

Very disappointing experience

This store is very disappointing. After placing an order, customer service is nearly non-existent. Returning items is almost impossible unless you pay for shipping or agree to have costs deducted from your refund. Avoid making purchases here; you’ll spend a lot of money and face major challenges if you need to return something. Even if you're willing to pay for return shipping, expect to waste hours on the phone or in chats, only to be put on hold for long periods or disconnected without help. It’s simply not worth it. Don't risk your hard-earned money with this store.

Terrible communication and online service

I placed an order for shoes that were listed as available. The order went through successfully, and I paid in full, including shipping. For the next five days, I received no updates about shipping. I tried calling multiple times, but no agents were available. This was frustrating. I emailed them and received no response for two days. When I finally used the AI chat feature, it informed me there was an issue with my order. Later, I was told my order was not processed because the item was out of stock. Their online customer service is poor, and communication is lacking. I needed the shoes for an important event, and now my plans are ruined because they failed to inform me in time that the item was unavailable. Why allow me to place the order in the first place?

Unacceptable experience | Order cancelled without explanation

I am completely appalled by my experience with this store. I made a purchase during a sale period, and everything seemed fine. After a week of silence without my product being dispatched, I was informed that my order was cancelled and would be refunded soon. No explanation was given, making this a very negative experience. I will never shop here again. Following up on the response, the payment did not go through due to an error on their part — the amount has still been withdrawn from my account, and my bank confirmed that they haven't claimed the payment. Now they want me to reorder, but since the sale is over, the items are no longer available at the same price. They should at least honor the original terms since the order was not finalized due to their processing error. I'm honestly at a loss for words.

Stylish chinos but disappointing quality

I purchased two sets of chino dyed chinos that look great on my husband. I was pleased with the service at the local branch. However, after washing them on a gentle cycle, both pairs developed marks and are unwearable without a longer shirt or jumper to cover them. It’s very disappointing that the quality is so poor after washing, and it seems the dye has run.

Decent products but subpar online service

I ordered a pair of trousers and a shirt, but only the shirt arrived. The trousers went out of stock between my order and delivery. During the sales period, cancellations are not allowed. Now, I have to wait indefinitely for the trousers to come back in stock. I intended to return the shirt, but their return portal doesn't recognize my details. I emailed customer service and am still waiting for a response. I now have to go to the store to sort out the return. The shirt itself is well-made, but the online experience is far from satisfactory. I would find it hard to recommend this store when there are others with better online services. To be fair, the customer service did eventually refund me for the trousers I didn’t receive, prompting me to change my review score from one to three. The shirt is good quality and value.

Extremely poor customer service

I experienced shockingly poor customer service. I ordered a birthday present for my father, only to find there was no delivery. When I called, I was informed that the package had been delivered to a local support facility. I embarrassingly walked around asking staff without success. I called customer service again and was told I must wait for an official investigation and would be contacted afterward. This was my first interaction, and the attitude was appalling; they simply don’t care.

Awful customer service

I ordered a pair of loafers, only to be informed six days later that they were out of stock and my order couldn’t be fulfilled, without even an apology. This was my first experience with this company, and it will definitely be my last.
