When I sought a cancellation and refund within days, my request was denied due to internal notes. When I inquired about recorded calls and the broken promise, I received vague responses. First of all I am a 25 Year Insurance veteran who has won many National Awards for Sales , Service and Training other Agents to do the same. I signed up with them just before my wife and I were to leave the country for our Anniversary. I told them I would be gone for a week and we could get started when I came back, but instead they started an Ad campaign and me getting billed on my Credit Card when I was not even in town and working to respond to prospects if they did reach out. So already I have a weeks worth of charges that was a total waste of time. Then when I came back and started working I had only 3 prospects after 1 whole week of Advertisements. Then after 1 month I received a total of 13 Prospects. I only spoke to 1 potential client and this was after 6 phone attempts and leaving Voicemails with 2 SMS messages per day. The only other person I spoke with was a lady in California, who after 6 phone attempts and leaving vms, was for her to tell me that she does not need any Life INsurance. How can you sell something to someone when NO ONE answers the phones or returns your call. I feel Truly deceived beacause their advertisements make you believe that you will only receive leads who have been Vetted and are ready to purchase. This was truly NOT the case. Again after being in this business for 25 years and being somewhat intelligent I could see that after 30 days of calling people with nothing but lost money to show for it I requested a Refund. Then I was told I need fill out a Refund Form, which is a joke with about 5 pages of questions and questions that they already have access to through the CRM which they have total access to. Then I was told that I did NOT qualify for a Refund because I did not use the system for 5 Months. Being a veteran in this industry and a reasonably intelligent person I know that it does NOT take 5 months to realize that this thing does not and will not work. It would be totally Crazy to keep spending money that is NOT going to give me a decent if any return to recoup and justify my money spent. IT IS TRULY A MAJOR INSULT TO MY INTELLIGENT TO TELL ME I DON'T QUALIFY BECAUSE I DID NOT USE THIS SYSTEM FOR 5 MONTHS. If I did continue to use this system for 5 months I would have spent about 3 or 5K, just to try and get a $2,000 refund. From what I have read, this is a Similar pattern, which means they are A TRUE FRAUD AND THIEF AND LEGAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I FELL COMPLETELY VIOLATED!!!
4 months of attempting to get a system up and running. Can't get them to call me. Sends single-use calendar links to book support meetings and only 30 min at a time with limited availability. Have failed to launch. Requested a refund and they sent a survey that had what seemed like 100 questions and still refuse to refund. Claimed to have worked with others in my industry, yet immediately after signing up, I discovered they had no ads covering the service I offer.Do not trust.
