I’m writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent course purchase from Learnsignal. I enrolled in the CIMA Strategic Case Study (SCS) course, but was instead provided access to ACCA materials, which is not what I paid for.From the very minute I noticed the issue post-payment, I have been reaching out through multiple channels requesting a correction. It’s now been over two days, and I have received no response or acknowledgment, despite multiple follow-ups.As a weekend-only learner, every day of delay is a lost opportunity to prepare, especially given the limited time available before the exam window. Frankly, this lack of support after payment is not acceptable. I expected better responsiveness and accountability from a professional learning platform.I urge your team to resolve this immediately by:Providing access to the correct CIMA SCS materialsConfirming the switch and any additional steps from your side

I am done watching two of the learning materials and now on the third, I have attempted all test in the learning material and it was a great experience.My experience so far has been great. Based on my previous exams I struggled because I got a lot of exemptions, so the basics of the advanced topics like Performance Management and SBR because I lack the base knowledge in MA and FR, I didn't find it easy at all.However, with learnsignal, I get to recap with the presumed knowledge videos which gives me a better understanding and foundation for the advanced topics.Practice questions and examples also deepen my understanding and how to deal with real exam questions.
