I appreciate the video lectures that can be viewed or only listened to whenever I have some free time, even during commute.They are doubled by course notes to review and intensive practice modelu at the end.The tutor support and direction were spot on and helped me pass my SBR exam.
What I love about Learnsignal is the support they give and their CBE questions which is similar to the ACCA live exam. I have been using Learnsignal for almost all my exams and I have passed them all at first sitting.The revision boot camp is a winner if you use it accordingly. I am now an ACCA finalist having completed 10 out of 13 modules and I strongly recommend anyone to use Learnsignal and use it the right way in order to pass
I've used LearnSignal for all of my ACCA papers and am now moving onto my final exam. The software is brilliant, it allows me to keep track of my studies in a structured way where I can pick up bitesize chunks each evening, or even do larger chunks of studying at the weekends when I have some more time. The revision material is really helpful as well as the past questions. I have also found the product has got better overtime, and that they really take on feedback, if you spot something that could be better then they are happy to try to improve the product.
I was also auto-enrolled, and the subscription had renewed, but I haven't used their platform for over five months.I requested a refund of £199.99 eleven days ago and believed I could cancel for 2025. I previously requested a cancellation via their website, which showed as 'Pending cancellation'. They responded saying this is for October 2026, which is of no use to me as I stopped using the materials months ago.I was then told that someone from the 'student success team' would respond within 7 business days. This has not happened. It appears that Learn Signal has a track record of not responding to these kinds of queries, and I am unsure whether they have proper customer service or if responses are just automated. I have sent a few follow up emails which are being ignored. I would appreciate this being looked into, as it is very frustrating.
