I was auto-enrolled without realising and haven’t used their services for over a year. When I asked for a refund, it took them around 20 days just to respond. On 20th August, Usama promised me a refund within 5–10 working days. It’s now over a month since that promise and more than two months since I first requested a refund of £199.99 — and I’m still waiting.The content itself is subpar, the videos are not worth the money, and customer service is appalling. I feel misled and that they’re trying to get away without paying what they owe. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

About 66% there. The teaching materials can be very confusing and unstructured, but get the key points across. The quizzes have many spelling and grammatical errors and some questions are vague in their wording. Pretty nervous about the exam based on this, but hoping that reading the Kaplan books on the side will help.
The Learnsignal Support emails are particularly helpful and kept me on track with my time table. The support team also responds to email queries relatively quickly.The questionnaires in each topic is a great way to test your knowledge. Bootcamp is the greatest resource available and really helped me with all my exams this far.I highly recommend Learnsignal as a tuition provider.
The one to one sessions really help with exam preparation in terms of the boosting exam confidence and the mock exam is great practise for the real exam! I had a session with a tutor- Rishit who kindly gave me some time for MCS prep and was really insightful. Evita at Learnsignal is so knowledgeable at what she does.
The lectures, at least for the TX paper, are truly appalling. Computer generated voice which is very unnatural, no pausing for breath at end of sentences, or pausing in the wrong place, difficult to follow and it just reads the notes that you can download separately but actually articulates every sign e.g., 3 x 15 / 5 = £9 comes through in the lectures as 'Three ecks fifteen slash five equals sign pounds nine.' Just one example - the course is littered with it. And trying to read the subtitles doesn't help either because there are so many grammatical errors. The human voice lectures are fine but the AI generated lectures are virtually unusable so have to revert to reading the notes. They've obviously not reviewed the course after generating the AI - if they had, surely it would never have been allowed to be published. I'm really struggling to use the course and so I tried to contact their customer service team through chat facility - days later, still no response. Poor on all fronts and will not use again unless they review their materials.
