Review Time
I filled out an application for an apartment. My application came back Conditional. Which made my application have to go to LeaseLock. LeaseLock then became the mediator between the property and I to get me in this beautiful apartment. They made this process that seemed frightening and overwhelming not so bad at all. They explained everything to me step by step. They returned my calls when I had questions. I was so amazed at the time they took with me. I then had an emergency situation in my family out of state, which didn't permit me to except the apartment. I had to let them know I was leaving and couldn't move in. They were so on top of things even with the process of returning my refund! I was so pleased with the whole experience. No questions went unanswered and the things I didn't understand were explained! I am a sticker about customer service. I can say hands down, BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! These are people who care about the customer. I give them a 10 STARS even though five is the highest we can go! Thanks LEASELOCK! YOU GUYS ROCK!
All of the people that I worked with at Lease Lock were so amazing. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that I had everything I needed to get the approval. Buster was a rockstar. Every time I called he knew everything about my case right off the top of his head. Customer service and the all-stars in underwriting (Chris, thank you!) were right on top of every detail and took the time to walk me through every nuance of information until I got through the process. Esther made sure to follow everything through right to the end. This company is full of awesome, caring employees!
The counselor, John, was very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. However, the process for providing payments was difficult and frustrating; not really sure why though considering that two separate options were provided for payment.
As a global student from China to United states, my English level and typing speed is not as well as local people. But the assistant is very patient to wait and answer all of my puzzles and extrem ambigous point about the insurance content. I am very thankful to meet this assitant.
