I placed an order for 2 wigs 20 December, one arrived in a couple of weeks (not great quality) but the other I'm still waiting for. Countless emails to them and just given the run around,and constantly told it would be shipped in 7-15days, after over 2 months I'm now attempting a refund through PayPal - not holding my breath, dreadful experience never to be repeated
I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it after reading these reviews. “Chris” replied he was happy to modify the order. I replied no, please just cancel. “Chris” replied, “your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled.” What a scam!! I’m sure I’ll get the same ridiculous results if I try to return. I will dispute with my cc company. My advice would be to buy one on Amazon where you can return easily if needed. Don’t buy from a company based in China- at least not directly
NO MATTER WHAT THEY CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR WIG. The wig I received looked nothing like the one in their advertisement. I contact their service department to return it and was given the run around. First they wanted to know why I was returning it and I told them. Then they wanted a photo of the wig and I sent them multiple pics. but they complained they couldn't open my files. I sent them again twice using different ways. The next email said they were received and asked AGAIN why I was returning it. I answered their questions and then got an email claiming they could not open my files. Now they refuse to answer my emails.
I would not give this company any stars, I would actually go into the negative if it were possible. This company will not resolve the issue of a delivery failure. The item I ordered was never delivered, the only notification I got was a picture of a box in a snow bank by a rock with numbers on it, yes the numbers were the same as my house numbers, but no where near my house, and the item was just thrown into the snow. I tried contacting the delivery company, they have no policy on driver delivery failure and I was told to contact Wigyy to resolve the matter, I have attempted over several days to resolve the matter with Wigyy and I was told to contact the delivery company. After several emails explaining over and over that the delivery company has no way dealing with the matter, Wiggy isnt willing to replace the lost item, reimburse my money for losing my item, or even willing to discuss options to rectify this matter. The online customer service agent Chris, should either get more training or be removed from his/her position, as his or her poor customer resolution and ability to solve matters, and uphold company policy is grossly lacking and bordering on negligent. The dismissive and disregard for people when concerns are brought to their attention is what makes doing business online less legitimate. Reality of what buying these cheaply made junk quality products from some slum factory outlet based out of China, conducting immoral practices, so much more obvious.
I bought one blonde bob wig and it looks so natural, I don't feel self conscious wearing it. It also arrived quickly. I want to buy a second one but I'm unable to find the exact one I ordered before, so I ordered about five more! LOL.
