I was skeptical of an at home device at first, since I had only used red light therapy at a local med-spa. Boy, oh boy, was I pleasantly surprised! not only did it erase all of the red lines on my face (better than in-spa laser), but it also took away the fine lines on my upper lip, crows feet around my eyes - saving me thousands of dollars from the med-spa treatments. Highly recommend, love, love, love this product for both my face and chest. And it is so nice looking and easy to clean. Thank you. Highly recommend.
I was having an issue with the shipment of my device, and called the customer service line. turns out I had the apartment number wrong, and my neighbor had my shipment, but at LED someone actually answered the call, and helped me immediately by looking up the ticket number - and manually correcting it for my next shipment. It is rare to actually get a real live person on the line, and this person was very helpful and pleasant.
“I’m very disappointed with the Mask Lite I received yesterday. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed the instruction manual was tiny and hard to read. I was shocked that there was no QR code or online guide on how to charge it. For the price—$170 on sale, originally $330—you’d expect better. The mask doesn’t come with a plug, only a battery, and it wasn’t clear how to use it. After figuring out how to charge it, I struggled to turn it on because the button is on top of the mask, and you have to hold it for 3 seconds. This is explained in the small manual, but it’s still hard to do when the mask is on your head. When I finally got it to work, I used the red light for 10 minutes, then wanted to switch to the blue light for another 10 minutes—only to find it needed to be charged again. On top of that, there was no information about how the light might affect your eyes, and I couldn’t find any online guides to clarify this or explain the charging process. What about older people who aren’t tech-savvy? For this price, it’s disappointing not to have clear instructions, better charging capabilities, or even a plug. I’m planning to return it and look for a better option.”
I've been using the LED esthetics red and blue light mask daily, and I'm thrilled with the results. Not only have I noticed visible improvements in my skin—it's clearer, more even-toned, and just has a healthy glow—but the habit of wearing the mask every day has become a relaxing part of my routine. The red light therapy seems to enhance my skin's texture, while the blue light has been great for keeping any blemishes at bay. The mask itself is comfortable and easy to use, and I love that I can just put it on and relax while it works its magic. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to up their skincare game!
