Review Time
The way my complaint was responded to took me back to a time when businesses did care for their customers. They all claim to today but we can all agree it's worse than going to the dentist! Leeds shocked me with their genuine care. A special shout out to Costa who dealt with my complaint wonderfully. I've already forgotten what it was that I was complaining about! 😀
I was having difficulty getting into my savings account online and Shivani was very helpful and not only got everything sorted but also told me I could transfer to an account with a much better interest rate. She then switched me over in seconds. Shivani was very pleasant and helpful throughout the call.
The young lady on the phone was very helpful and very thorough. Wanted to make sure that everything was correct and right and she was very patient with me made me feel at ease and made me feel I had confidence in the young lady.
I spoke to Mr Tommy Wilson today and he was very thorough and formative about my Leeds Mortgage.
He knew exactly what i wanted to do with overpayments etc.
I experienced first class service and would recommend Leeds Building Society.
Overall, okay and a decent rate but I keep having problems with an error message for which I have to delete my cache and data. It's highly irritating and displays a poorly written site. I'm a corporate treasurer so have dealt with dozens of systems with banks all over the world but this is the only one with which I've had this problem. Very poor Leeds BS, thinking of moving my money elsewhere.
Jazz was ever so patient and knowledgeable in trying to explain to us about the mortgage terms and links with repayments today; he even thought of an impromptu metaphor of the mortgage terms as the journey from Newcastle to London. Thank you so much Jazz for your top customer service! 👍👍😀
It was lovely to meet Faye at the Garforth branch. We had to close a family members accounts after a bereavement. Faye handled the matter perfectly, explained clearly and completed all the required requests very professionally. Thank you.
