I called today at 12:20 to explain that I ordered the right part for the cooker using the website, entering the make and model. After taking apart the cooker to fit it, I found it was incorrect. When I reached out for assistance, the representative hung up on me! I tried calling back, only to hear him mumble something and hang up again.
I'm very happy with this range cooker. I purchased it for a new kitchen setup, and it has certainly met my expectations. It looks fantastic, and although I've only used it for about a month, I've cooked various dishes on it. The extra cooking space will be a significant advantage when hosting guests, eliminating the need to juggle between hob and oven space. I'm very satisfied with my choice.

The cooker we got (from AO) had a few niggly issues apparent from day one, but an engineer called out promptly and was able to fit a new element in the main oven which appeared to be at fault (it heated up too slowly and probably didn't get up to expected temperature). Otherwise, so far, so good.
