Everything was as described in the offer. The day before the reservation, the parking location changed, but it was only about 100 meters away, so it wasn't a problem. Communication was good.
Unattended parking. Some time later, someone called me to ask if everything was okay. So that was very nice. Quick and efficient. A 4-minute walk to the bus stop.
I waited for the driver for over one hour.
The driver answered the phone but did not say anything – there was complete silence.
Before that, he spoke English normally, and then suddenly stopped responding.
I received no information about when the shuttle bus would arrive.
In the end, I had to take a taxi at my own expense to avoid missing my flight.
Very poor communication and no real support. I do not recommend.
Upon our arrival, we made a call and a representative promptly came to guide us to the parking spot and then took us to the airport. At the airport, he informed us where to wait after our trip. When we returned, the van was waiting for us, allowing us to board immediately, and then we were taken back to our vehicle. The parking area is located next to a police station, surrounded by a fence. It is flat, paved, and offers ample space.
If you arrive late due to traffic or any other reason, your booking gets canceled as a 'No-Show.' This adds unnecessary pressure when trying to reach the airport on time, forcing you to make a new booking and incur an additional late booking fee of 15€. It's incredibly frustrating!

Everything operates seamlessly. My flight was at 7 am, so I needed to be at the parking area by 4:30 AM. There was no waiting time after parking the car, and I was dropped off at the airport immediately. On my return, I called the number after picking up my luggage, and again, there was no wait as the pick-up vehicle was already there. Fantastic!
Great value for parking near the airport. Although linked to another service that claimed a secure parking location, I question if it’s really guarded at night, as the gate was open and no visible personnel were present, despite cameras. The drop-off and collection were quick.
