My initial experience was a bit rocky due to a slow start. The verification process took three days, which was longer than advertised, and I was growing impatient. After that, however, everything has gone smoothly. The trading platform operates well, and I've had no issues with trade execution. Customer support is acceptable. It's a decent service, but they need to enhance their onboarding process for a better first impression.
