I was a customer for two and a half years and was initially satisfied. However, due to rising insurance costs, I chose to terminate my agreement voluntarily as I reached the halfway point. Now, they are attempting to charge me £170 for a service on my vehicle, which they claim is required every 12 months or 12,000 miles. My car was last serviced at the end of August 2024 and has only covered 3,000 miles since then. I provided evidence from the manufacturer that contradicts their claims. Anyone familiar with this brand knows they use condition-based servicing, which indicates when a service is needed. The dashboard shows the next service due in August 2026. Despite providing proof, they refuse to cancel the charge. After numerous calls with no resolution, I am unwilling to pay this unjust charge, and they have threatened to harass me with emails, letters, and phone calls. The issue is now with the financial ombudsman.
My experience has been incredibly frustrating. After waiting three weeks for a response, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. I arranged financing to buy a car for my growing family, and things started positively, but quickly went downhill. The car stalled unexpectedly, defeating the purpose of buying a safer option. After multiple repairs, I received the car back only for the engine light to come on again. Despite my documented issues, they claimed no faults were found. I've paid every month for a car that spent most of the year in the garage. Now, after another stall, I’m met with silence despite my requests for a final decision. The unprofessionalism is staggering, especially considering the potential dangers while driving. I strongly advise against using this service. The stress I’ve endured during this time is overwhelming, and I’m left with a car that failed its MOT last week.
The worst experience I've ever had with a company. After over three years of payments, the car has cost me thousands in repairs due to persistent issues. Now, they want to charge even more if I choose to return the car under a voluntary termination. They conduct a full inspection as if the car were brand new, despite it being 10 years old with typical wear and tear. They also want to charge me for the lack of a full service history when I bought it without one. The treatment I've received is absolutely appalling. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I’m fed up with the relentless reminders from this service! I’ve never missed a payment, yet I receive texts and emails multiple times a week reminding me of the next due payment. I already know when it’s due! Stop inundating me with alerts about this payment. It’s incredibly annoying!
The service has been absolutely appalling; managers never return calls. The garage I bought the car from went out of business just months after purchase, and now they refuse to refund me or close the finance agreement, even though they have the vehicle.
I just finished a call with a representative from the service, and it was frustrating. The person seemed uninterested and didn't listen to my concerns. Their customer service felt unprofessional, as if they were under the influence. I ended the call feeling unheard and dissatisfied.
I've been a customer for nearly four years without issues. When I faced financial hardship, I contacted them early in the month to arrange a payment plan. Everything seemed fine until they attempted a direct debit that sent me overdrawn. I called for assistance and was hung up on, then misinformed by another representative. After several transfers, I finally reached a manager who was somewhat helpful, but the overall attitude was dismissive. I’ve never missed a payment, yet this experience has left me feeling frustrated and mistreated.
This service has been terrible, leaving a disabled individual without a car or refund after only four months of use. The vehicle was too damaged to repair, and they charged me for mileage while it was in the garage. They didn’t reach out to assist, and my complaint went unanswered. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.
I had a horrible experience dealing with this service after a bereavement, needing to return the car. It took forever to finalize the return, and even after that, I continued to receive letters claiming I owed a debt, despite returning the vehicle. I was told by the service that they had to send the letters, but they failed to mention that the 'debt' had been escalated to solicitors. I would never recommend this service based on my experience.
