Review Time
I purchased a ticket for Orville Peck. The viagogo dashboard explicitly promised delivery by Saturday, March 7, 8:19 PM. That deadline has passed, and no tickets have been provided. Instead of honoring their "viagogo Guarantee," support is citing an opaque "review process" and "security checks" that are nowhere to be found in the Terms and Conditions I agreed to.
They have collected my payment but are now refusing to cancel the order or provide the service. This lack of transparency is a clear violation of the EU Digital Services Act. If you value your money and want to actually attend your event, stay away. I am now forced to initiate a bank chargeback.
FAKE!! Guys be careful. All resellers are fake ! No background check ! They looted me for 1000 usd. No refund just 10 emails from them saying we feel sorry for you, blah blah. I m shocked i got scammed!! Every one wants to cheat every one ;( No wonder there is hatred everywhere in this world :(
Bought 2 tickets for Real Madrid vs. Rayo Vallecano in the Stadion Bernabéu in Madrid. The tickets were delivered 5 days before the game via the app. They had names on the tickets of 2 guys. That did not matter as you just scan the tickets at a barrier in the stadion. Great experience. Expensive but absolutely worth it.

I purchased a ticket via Viagogo which was delivered through the Ajax app.Approximately 5 hours before the match, the organiser blocked and invalidated the ticket due to their resale policy.As a result, the ticket became completely unusable. This was not a case of being denied entry at the stadium gate, but a ticket that was actively revoked after delivery, before the event.I contacted Viagogo support immediately and explained the situation in detail. Despite the ticket being invalid and unusable, Viagogo refused to issue a refund and explicitly stated that no refund would be processed.There was a disclaimer stating that entry may be denied to away fans. However, this refers to a possible check at the stadium entrance, not to a ticket being digitally blocked and invalidated before the event without replacement or refund.Selling tickets that can be cancelled by the organiser after delivery, while refusing refunds, puts all the risk on the buyer and contradicts the idea of a Buyer Guarantee. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when purchasing tickets through this platform.The match was Ajax - Olympiakos date blocked ticket 28-01-2026
