It would be wrong of me not to update you all.I know not many days ago I wrote my experience with the broker,and it wasn't a very pleasant review,but I'm here again to inform you all that me and the broker we resolved the problems we had,the back and forth we resolved it,and I can gladly say, I received my withdrawal today,my withdrawal request was attended to today,and my withdrawal request came through today same day,so I just thought that let me share another experience because I can't just share the bad side,I also need to share the good side,which that is the reason I'm sharing my experience with the broker again,but this time I'm sharing with you all that I received my withdrawal request,Thank you ATFX🙏
Honestly speaking this 1star there dont even deserve it,I'm just giving them because I wouldn't have been able to write my own review on the broker. People stay away from this broker,this whole bonuses thing it is a mean to scam you,it is a trap.This broker it is no longer like the same broker it use to be which back then it was Khwezi financial services before it changed its name to ATFX,I can say alot about this broker but I rather not because i have said alot warning people about this broker,but dont even try signing up with this broker,you will regret it,it is no longer a decent broker like it use to when it was still khwezi financial services,ATFX it is a scam broker con artist,please stay away ,try other brokers,but not this one. I am issuing this urgent alert to highlight the deceptive "No-Deposit Bonus" promotion by the company. This scheme is a calculated trap aimed at robbing you of your earnings. They credited my account with a $50 promotional bonus, and their support clearly stated that I needed to "trade 2 full lots" to withdraw any winnings, as confirmed in an email dated December 18, 2025. I followed this guideline by successfully executing a single 2.0 lot trade on USDJPY. However, when I requested to withdraw the $618 in profits I legitimately earned from their promotional credit, the company unlawfully denied my withdrawal. They are now holding back all funds generated from their promotion, providing only continuous delays for "review" and shifting blame. I did not deposit any of my own money, which shows this is not a client dispute but outright theft of promotional earnings. This is a predatory scam, not a genuine broker. I am now compelled to seek formal action with the relevant regulatory authority. Avoid trusting the company with your time or capital.
I am really disappointed. The communication is slow and not effective. The verification process is problematic; I sent my current bank statement from a registered South African banking institution, but they claimed they do not accept it.
