Review Time
Never ending SMS, calls. I have called and asked to be removed, they ask for a PIN number (there is none) and then I demand they remove my number. Then I look at my phone and several other numbers all from Lendvia and more SMS spam about my interest. I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!!!
I just want to thank Rudy Angeles, for the detailed review on LENDVIA. I also got an offer in the mail same thing , 5.99% 24hrs funded, but I'm glad a had the opportunity to read Rudy's review, which it will be of great help help to others, to avoid being a victimized Great Job Rudy!
I spoke to Lendvia's Jon Nuqui, account executive, #1460, about a $30k, 5.99%, 5 yr Lendvia Financial Relief Loan* (this *asterisk is a deception manuever) yesterday afternoon. I received this offer in the mail, claiming "Funded in as little as 24 hrs." Prior to speaking with Mr. Nuqui, I read their customer reviews on Trustpilot. Strange to see its chart showing ALL the review scores were either the highest OR lowest score. Nobody gave Lendvia a mid-level score. Highly suspicious to see, but consistent with the Trustpilot reviews. After providing Mr. Nuqui with all information he asked & answering all his questions, we waited for the decision of his underwriters. I have a 700+ credit score and was seeking a low rate debt consolidation loan. He called my 700+ score "DECENT"?. Credit Karma calls it GOOD. RED FLAG. Then, he asked if all my credit card payments were current, which they were. I asked Mr. Nuqui, "Why are you asking if any of my credit cards are in OVERDUE STATUS? How could my credit score be 700+ if my card payments are OVERDUE? I have NEVER been overdue on ANY payments on ANY card in MY LIFE. Mr. Nuqui's question DIDN'T make any sense to me. RED FLAG. While we waited for underwriting, he asked me if I had considered getting a DISTRESS-type loan? RED FLAG AGAIN. I REMINDED Mr. Nuqui that I called in search of a low interest, debt consolidation loan ONLY. After waiting 5-10 minutes he said underwriting was busy and he couldn't get me an immediate loan approval/denial. ANOTHER RED FLAG. He proceeds to inform me that I will receive an email from Lendvia within approx ONE HOUR regardingtheir decision. MORE RED FLAGS. Lendvia advertised that they can "fund in as little as 24 hrs," So how come Lendvia can't give me an IMMEDIATE decision on my loan application? RED FLAGS just keep coming. That's when their *asterisk hit me. They were offering a "FINANCIAL RELIEF loan," NOT a traditional, conventional loan. It's been almost 24 hours now & I have yet to receive Lendvia's email on the status of my loan application. I now ASSUME they have NO PLAN to respond back to me. Lendvia uses deceptive advertising to lure you into calling them for a loan, in hopes of convincing & selling you a DISTRESS LOAN. DISTRESS LOANS will likely have a negative impact on your credit history and/or score. I guess it will at least impact your credit history until the Lendvia loan is paid off. Lendvia is using a basic BAIT & SWITCH trick to get YOU to call them. It's DECEPTIVE, but they use that *asterisk to LEGALLY protect themselves from being accused of BAIT & SWITCH practices. In summary, even if you are in SERIOUS FINANCIAL TROUBLE, I WOULD NOT recommend Lendvia to you. Personally, I AVOID DECEPTIVE BUSINESSES like Lendvia. I hope this helps SAVE you time in your search for ANY TYPE of loan.
Notice how all or nearly all the 5 star reviews are short and say they got great service. But I didn't see any that said they actually got a good, low interest loan.It looks like the company or it's allies are putting up bogus 5 star reviews.Competitors sometimes post bogus 1 star reviews. But most of the 1 star reviews here look legitimate because they discuss details, like how they never got promised loans, etc. Therefore, it seems only 1 star reviews can be trusted on Trustpilot for Lendvia.
This company reaches out to you as if you’ve made an inquiry to them. They initially gain your trust because they don’t have a foreigner on the other end trying to pitch you on something about debt consolidation. Then they send you options, guide you to the bottom of your options, tell you pay attention to this area and offer. They repeat how you should pay attention to this area and once you click on it, they tell you “on no, I didn’t say click on it” but at that point, you have supposedly submitted loan. I recommend reporting this company to the federal trade commission (FTC). Reporting to the BBB has no real impact on them. FTC hold them a little more accountable. This is basically fraudulent. I’ll be keeping an eye on my credit reporting and inquiries to make sure that no one is using my info. I highly suggest you do the same.
