bait and switch

While on hold, the phone system said their trustpilot rating was 5 stars, definitely not the case. When I asked questions of the representative, he said they usually loan at rates between 5-10% currently. After they ran the numbers on their multi-million dollar software, I didn't qualify for a loan and they wanted me to enter into a debt resolution program.
