I had a wonderful experience overall. The garage was easy to find, with clear signs and instructions. The vehicle was ready for pickup, and it was a quick ride to the terminal for my trip. The return was just as smooth, with the van arriving right as we reached the pickup location. I appreciate the service and will definitely use it again in the future.
We were waiting for over two hours at the airport There was no driver. We had a kid with us. It was torture. we ended up having to take an Uber and every time we call nobody answer the phone. One of the workers at the airport was able to contact them and they keep telling us that they were trying to find a driver the person at the front wouldn’t even speak English how can you work for tourism and not speak English in the USA . This one, not only our experience. This was everyone on that day not a single person was not upset. This company needs some serious work.
