Typical bait and switch, I told the representative that I’m not interested in restructuring my credit and that I want a loan to pay some credit cards and remodel parts of the house to increase its value. The representative said he’ll do a soft search and would never send me an option to restructure. He then put me on hold and transferred me to somebody else who gave me an option to restructure my credit

Well I was very surprised at first. Didn't know how true this was. Mack Ruffin was very knowledgeable and wanting to help me. He did a very outstanding job. I can say I am very happy with all he has done to get me through this. I'm hoping I will never have to go through this again. If I do I'll know who will help me. I had a fantastic experience with the representative; everything was straightforward and clear. They were also very accommodating regarding my children in the background. Ultimately, I signed all the documents but managed to cancel the application within three days since I found a better loan option through another platform. I would certainly consider using this service again in the future!
I have never shown interest in their services or provided any information. Yet, I am receiving constant text messages regarding a loan I never applied for, and they aren't even addressing me by name. I sent them a contractual agreement stating that any response from them would imply acceptance of communication costs. Despite this, they continue to text me, indicating they are acknowledging the agreement. I have now issued an invoice for the fees related to all the texts I have received, which they accepted by responding to my contract. If they fail to pay, I will escalate this to debt collection. It would be unfortunate to see a debt consolidation service end up in such a situation.
