Lenses For Hire were brilliant - seamless service, great communication and made the whole process entirely simple. I dropped off the lens on my way back home and Katherine was super polite and helpful. The lens itself was packed well and in great condition (with a return packing bag and a label was included too). The website is easy to navigate and the little write-up on each lens is also very helpful too. Would absolutely use Lenses For Hire again and am very grateful for their service - cannot fault it.
I found it really easy to find the lens I wanted to hire, see when it was available and book it for my preferred dates. The lending rates are very reasonable, and worked out better than I had budgeted for when I opted for a 2-week loan period. Always grateful! The lens itself was in superb condition. Excellent service and great communications - the hiring, deposit taking process and delivery options were all well explained. I will definitely use Lenses For Hire again, and would absolutely recommend.
Lenses for hire (LFH) are consistent in their quality of product, service and friendliness in their approach. The courier used for the products I have hired is DPD. This should be an indication as to LFH intent! DPD are in my view one of the best UK courier services and provide 1 hour time slots for delivery and collection! This married with regular updates from LFH makes for an excellent service experience.
