Leo is an exceptional physiotherapist who is truly invested in long-term recovery. After two ACL tears and ankle injuries, he guided me through rehab step by step and helped me safely return to sport stronger and more confident than before. His structured, personalised approach makes a real difference. Highly recommend.

I came to Leo with knee pain from running, and I’m so glad I did! He quickly figured out what was going on and put together a plan of exercises to build up my lower body strength and mobility. What I loved most was his approach to training - he’s incredibly motivating without ever being pushy or aggressive, which made such a difference for me. We kept working together on strength training, and Leo didn’t just fix my knee - he gave me the knowledge and proper form to keep training on my own and stay pain free. His sessions were something I actually looked forward to! If you’re dealing with any injuries or just want to get stronger, I couldn’t recommend Leo enough.

Leo helped make a major difference on a painful ankle injury both through shock wave therapy and physio strengthening sessions. He was really understanding that I find it difficult to do the exercises on my own and was happy to tweak our sessions to function best for me. He’s super friendly and genuinely cares about his clients!

I would really recommend Leo for anyone recovering from a sports injury or just aiming to increase their overall strength. He is patient, experienced and cares about his patients. He also designs treatment plans that are bespoke and that are realistic to fit into a busy lifestyle.

I cannot recommend Leo enough. As an osteopath, finding the right physiotherapist to refer my patients to is essential, and in Leo I have found the ideal colleague.

Not only is he a genuinely lovely person to work with, he is also exceptionally professional and deeply passionate about what he does. More importantly, Leo is an expert physiotherapist with a solid background in exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. His clinical reasoning is excellent, and his approach consistently empowers patients to take ownership of their recovery.

Over the years, Leo has helped many of my patients manage and overcome persistent symptoms and frustrating injuries. Their feedback has always been outstanding, and the improvement in their function speaks for itself.

If you are looking for a physio who is knowledgeable, personable and focused on achieving great results, Leo is the person I trust and the one I confidently refer my patients to.

I've worked with several practitioners, but Leo's ability to bridge the gap between physiotherapy and strength & conditioning is rare. He doesn't just treat the injury to get you back to 'baseline,’ he builds a program that makes you stronger and more resilient than you were before the injury. His clinical eye is top-tier, and has great processes and principles behind his rehab and training processes. If you're an athlete or just someone looking to move without pain, Leo is the person to see.

I’ve seen Leo a few times now over the past couple of years, and every session has been excellent. He’s always punctual, professional, and extremely friendly, which instantly puts you at ease. What really sets him apart is his depth of knowledge. He’s a true expert in functional strength, joint mechanics, and mobility, and he understands the nuances and intricacies of how the body actually moves. It’s very clear that he knows his field inside out. He’s reliable, outstanding at what he does, and always my go-to physiotherapist. I regularly recommend him to friends, family, and my own contacts without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone genuinely exceptional in his field, I couldn’t recommend him more.

Leo has been my physio for over 15 years and understands exactly what stresses boxing causes to my shoulders and traps. He has also helped rehab my knee and leg strength after ACL surgery with great results. I trust Leo’s professional advice implicitly and he now helps my son with his muscular challenges as he trains for the Royal Marines. Simply outstanding in his profession.

Getting me back on my feet and having some fun along the way

I’ve been working with Leo for over three years following a quad injury. He came very highly recommended by my knee surgeon. What started as rehabilitation has evolved over time into strength and conditioning. I’m in my late 40s and am now stronger than I was in my 20s, despite spending 10 hours a day sat at a desk.I love training with Leo as he constantly mixes it up - no boring circuits week after week. He also favours free weights which helps build real-world mobility and strength. I’m looking forward to another three years of further development and challenge with Leo - I wonder if there is a long service award? I can’t thank Leo enough for getting me back on my feet (literally) and all the fun we have had along the way.
