Unfortunately purchased the retinol oil and suffered an allergic reaction. My eyes swelled up and itchy skin. Could not use. My skin tolerates prescription retinol from the chemist only so unfortunately can’t use this product.

I have using Software for 1 year now

I have been using Software for 1 year now. I unfortunately haven't seen results. My skin peels and becomes flakey throughout the day and breakouts are still the same.

It works

Had a great experience with this product, it works really well. I needed to cancel it over the summer (my skin gets too much sun) and customer service were very helpful. My only gripes would be that I would prefer to have more control around how often they send the subscription (I barely get through a bottle before they send the next one), and make it easier to pause via my account.

It’s been 4 weeks that I am using the treatment provided by skin software for my hyperpigmentation.The hyperpigmentation was not that bad before but now it’s even worse as it’s very irritated and Inflammed and has got darker .And when I email the company they don’t reply me whereas they say they will reply within 24 hours I do not recommend this better spend few hundred and go to a good dermatologist They don’t know what they are doing They will only make you buy bottles of products every month for nothing Save yourself and your skin from getting worseDon’t fool yourself with the reviews you see
