Leopards Courier is the worst courier service in Pakistan. An envelope was booked from Hyderabad to Karachi. Since 5 days envelope has not been delivered. They never receive call on their helpline number. I contacted them on facebook chat where they took my complaint and gave me ticket no. But its been 2 days and still my envelope is not delivered. We all should file complaint against Leopards Courier in Consumer Protection Courts. When the court will fine them heavily then they will understand the pain of the customers.
When I contacted Leopards Courier, they claimed that the delivery rider contacted my customer but the call was not answered. However, my customer clearly stated that he waited the entire day and did not receive any call at all. There was no contact made from the delivery side. This shows a serious communication failure and misleading information provided by the courier service.
Worst courier service ever. Leopard Courier has zero professionalism. Parcel was delayed with no updates, customer support never answers. No tracking accuracy, no responsibility, no apology. Completely unreliable. Do not use this company.

I had a very negative experience with this service. I cannot recommend it to anyone. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but either no one picks up or they hang up on me. A parcel has been stuck in transit from one city to another since December 13, and I have no idea where it is.
A birthday gift scheduled for delivery was mishandled and sent to the wrong location. Continuous tracking updates showed wrong information, and I had to pick it up myself days later. The staff is dishonest and unprofessional. This company should not be in business.
I've been using this courier's COD services for two years, and they never pay on time. I find myself visiting their office multiple times a week just to get paid, while they disregard the frustration of sellers. They hold onto payments and never settle accounts promptly. I cannot recommend opening a new account with them.
