I completed over $10.00 worth of surveys and reached a balance of $10.38. However, when I tried to cash out to my PayPal account, the app got stuck in a continuous technical loop that prevented verification and payment processing.
I reached out to the support team and received a request for detailed technical information. I promptly provided all the necessary data:
My full name and account details (email and verified PayPal address).
My device OS (Android 16 / One UI 8.0) and IP address (all this information was sent privately to the support team).
A complete screen recording of the PayPal verification failure.
Despite providing clear evidence of the system issue, the company has not responded or manually processed the payment. They have the video proof yet are refusing to release the earnings, which feels like a deliberate tactic to withhold funds.

My account has been locked due to blurry ID

My account has been locked because my driving license appears blurry. If there are concerns about my identity, a video verification or any other suitable method could be used. Blocking a user’s account is not a customer-friendly approach. I have already reached out to customer support via email, but a week has passed without any satisfactory resolution to my issue.

The service has been outstanding

The service has been outstanding. I lost my job a month ago and have earned hundreds through them. I've also received replies to both emails I sent! I believe they're the best survey platform by far!

They no longer make payouts in Australia and will not release your funds; I highly do not recommend.

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. First, they require identity verification, then they want you to verify your PayPal account. After all that, you still can't cash out because it says your account is blocked. I've worked hard and have a significant amount to cash out on. I'm disappointed, and this money would really help me. I think it's time to consider legal action against these scammers.
