Blocking a user’s account is not a customer-friendly approach. I have already reached out to customer support via email, but a week has passed without any satisfactory resolution to my issue.
If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. First, they require identity verification, then they want you to verify your PayPal account. After all that, you still can't cash out because it says your account is blocked. I've worked hard and have a significant amount to cash out on. I'm disappointed, and this money would really help me. I think it's time to consider legal action against these scammers.
