Review Time
I was gifted a necklace from this company in 2019 that I adored, and lost. I reordered it only to find when I tried to contact them that the email associated doesn’t exist- the website is now just a Shopify error page. No communication, just took my money and then shut down their page after a month of ignoring me. I’m very disappointed.
After my dog passed, I knew that I wanted a blanket made of him, so I could snuggle up with him every night. I found Bailey’s Blanket online and once I saw the product images of the blanket and how well they created a design after your pet, I wanted to order from them right away. I was a bit hesitant by the quite low score they have on trust pilot, so I decided to look at other similar companies. However, I could not find a single one whose pet design print was as high quality as Bailey’s Blanket. So I decided to order from here. The artist excellently listened to the feedback I provided on the design and made the design look identical to the source image. Additionally, the blanket is soft and the art of my pet is spot on to the image I provided. Also, I received my blanket in under 3 weeks (including the time it took to create the design art and fix it), which is insanely fast considering the package was shipped internationally. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting a blanket of their pet!
Horrible customer service. No response to shipping questions, unable to provide answers as to where the packages were. Promised a refund and made an offer to remake the products. I accepted the offer for a refund but declined the remake as I would like to spend my money elsewhere. Jason did not respond to any of my emails after he offered the refund. I still have not gotten it.
They promised delivery before Christmas. The order was delayed, at first, so I reached out to them and they assured me I would still get it before Christmas, even if they had to expedite my shipping. None of that happened. On the 24th, it arrived at a post office, about 25 miles downstate with a delivery date of the 27th. Luckily, a friend is a postal worker and was able to pick it up for me and deliver it.
Have been trying to contact them for days, have not received any info on my blanket. Paid for express shipping to get it before Christmas and they have not given me any information on when I am receiving my item. Approved everything the 13 it is now the 22nd. Not very express
Great customer service. I had a blanket made with my fiance's Italian Greyhound on it. Jason was very communicative throughout the whole process to make sure they gave me the product I envisioned. There was an issue with the shipping(however this was DHL's fault, not Bailey's). Jason looked into it and made sure I got my product before Christmas. Will order from here again if the opportunity presents itself.
Ordered my wife a necklace in the image of our dog. Product arrived before Christmas and it's definitely a good likeness. Ordered the extra $15 gold plated option. That's where things went wrong. It tarnished to complete black inside of 2 days wearing it. The original sales person asked for a review and anything they could help with after the sale. Two e-mails and radio silent. Sent a couple messages on Facebook. "It definitely shouldn't do that we will contact the manufacturing team and get back to you in a couple days". Radio silent since then, even after a couple follow up messages. I wanted to love this product. I'm disappointed. No customer service after the sale.
