I have been with Liberty HealthShare for over a decade and have been very thankful for this health sharing ministry alternative to regular health insurance. They have great customer service and want to thank Theresa for helping me with questions over the phone. Highly recommend!
I've been with LHS for over 9 years now, and recently had to have a hip replaced. LHS made everything so simple and manageable, and covered all my expenses after my annual share was utilised. I've had regular health insurance for 30 years prior to LHS, and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with not only the purpose of LHS, but with the follow through when you need them.
I've been with Liberty HealthShare for almost 2 years now and have had no complaints whatsoever. As a small business owner in a state where health insurance is ridiculously expensive and a hassle to deal with, they offered such an appealing alternative. The monthly share amount is so much more affordable, and their customer service representatives go out of their way to answer any questions I have regarding my plan or resolve any medical billing issues with kindness and understanding, Karla in particular during my most recent phone call. I'm also considering adding their dental plan. Bless you all for the work you do.
I have been a member of Liberty HealthShare for several years now and have experienced nothing but positive changes and improvements along the way. Liberty HealthShare is a wonderful sharing ministry, NOT insurance. Members support one another through monetary contributions, prayers and a team of compassionate, knowledgeable and pleasant individuals. Shout out to Toni, who I spoke with today! We know the healthcare industry can complicate so many facets of medicine, not necessarily intentionally, but it happens, and as a Liberty HealthShare member, a team “advocate” (that’s how I would describe them) helps me navigate some of the questions and takes the time to explain, or help resolve, issues one might be dealing with. I love knowing I can reach out to them and they have my best interests at heart. I can’t say enough about Liberty HealthShare. And, this is a big one, they are more cost effective, for us, than a health insurance company. They help negotiate fair and reasonable pricing that has helped us save money. I would encourage reaching out to them if you’re looking for a sharing ministry…or an alternative to traditional health insurance.
I have been with this organization as a member for the past 20 odd years. They have been wonderful, though over the years, the sharing rules have tightened. The reason I don’t give this five stars is because most doctors offices have not heard of this, and will not accept this ‘insurance’

Their team consistently goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to navigating medical bills. They take the time to explain everything clearly and stay on the phone with you until you fully understand.Recently, Miss Donna provided exceptional support during a billing issue. She personally called the provider’s billing department, answered their questions, and guided me through the next steps.
