The 250 year anniversary decanter I received was clearly not as advertised. There was no "Libert Bell" stopper, the info on the decanter was a decal and the decanter was very small. To get a refund I was told I would need to ship the product back to China at my expense OR they would give me a $10 refund. It will cost approximately $67 to return the product. I am in the process of doing that.
Ordered the 250 anniversary whisky decanter. Very disappointed! As everyone else has mentioned no liberty bell topper and just a glass bottle with stickers on both sides. They said it would cost $50 to $80 to return but offer me a $8 refund. After more complaining the offered me a $20 refund. Then when I said I wanted to return it they offered me $25. Very much disappointed.
I bought the 250 celebration whiskey decanter to give to my husband for his birthday. I received it today and I am embarrassed to give it to him. It is not as pictured or described. No liberty bell stopper. It is a very small glass flask with stickers. The only thing raised on it is the air bubbles under the stickers that they failed to get out. It was well packaged but the packaging and shipping definitely cost way more than the bottle. DO NOT PURCHASE, you will be sorely disappointed.

I normally do thorough research before purchasing items especially for an on-line purchase. Bottom line - Don't waste your time on the 250th Anniversary Decanter. The company is operating as Fanyil.com, Libiyi.com, Solymall.com and a few others. Yes, out of China. I had found decent reviews but I guess I was blinded by the item's historical reference and we had just completed another part of the bourbon trail with friends. Now I am attempting to return the erroneously advertised junk. It's aggravating they somewhat admit it's not what they show in the pictures and CONTINUE to advertise the same item. If the moderator chooses to not post my lengthy comment I understand. I just wanted to share my thoughts on the product and their solution. 😳🤨

I have received a package from you today. There are two bottles in separate boxes. Package and boxes are intact. I am confused with what I received and what the advertisement listed. One bottle is definitely defective. Why am I confused about the advertised product received?
Iconic Liberty Bell Seal. A solid sculpted stopper.
** Neither bottle I received has the described and pictured 'Liberty Bell' stopper. As I have shown in my photo, it is a plain little stopper that is similar to the cheaper liquor bottles you buy. It is not heavy.
Archival-grade crystal glass. Crafted from thick lead-free crystal with a weighted base. ** Each bottle weighs 6.1 ounces. There is no weight to this bottle. It's lighter than a jelly/jam jar. The size and heft of the decanter the man is holding in the photos is MUCH larger.
The 1776-2026 Collector’s Stamp.
** What stamp? Not even a bottle maker’s stamp on the bottom.
350 ml capacity.
** At 5 1/2” tall and 3 1/2” across, this does not hold 350 ml. 350 ml. is 11.8349 ounces. You are lucky to get 8 ounces.
High-relief sculptures of the Founding Fathers.
**There is no 3-D appearance to this bottle. No texture to the surface of the bottle. No engravings. Images are merely a transparent sticker labels affixed to the bottle. In fact, one of the purchased bottles has bubbles in several places under the sticker/label.
The Unity Promise: Engraved at the base are the powerful words: 'Fifty States, One Nation'.
** Again, there is no texture, high relief or engraving on these bottles. There are only poorly affixed stickers.
Bottom line, this isn't heirloom quality or something to present to someone for a special or monumental event. It's not worthy of giving to friend or family member let alone someone that is an afficionado, connoisseur or enthusiast of fine spirits.
SHAME ON ME!! I do want a refund.

The item received does not represent the item purchased at all. Looks like a $2.00 knock-off of what was advertised. USA 250 year celebration decanter. When I emailed the customer support, never even received a response. This site that posts and sells on Facebook is a complete SCAM! Be very aware!!!
I'm struggling to rate a two star. The product advertised was absolutely NOT what I ordered. Cheaper, smaller, different material, incorrect cap. Upon contact they did agree it was not what I ordered and offered me 10% refund. We bartered back and forth until arriving at 50% off. Other option was 100% refund but I'd have to pay shipping back to China. I'll never buy from here again. Dishonest, bait & switch.
Libiyi is part of a coast-to-coast scam. Ordered the 250 Anniversary decanter on 01/26. Yodaer in Albany took $63.97 from my account. On 2/12 I received a palm-sized flask from SDX in Queens. Requested refund from Libiyi. They offered $8 with the condition I spent $50-$80 to mail the flask back to Yun Express, the factory in China where it supposedly came from. Then they offered $15 with the flask as a gift. Then rescinded the offer when I realized it's all a big scam. They're still robbing people.
Like another post, the 250 USA anniversary whiskey decanter is a joke. Just a black cap and not the stylish liberty bell as pictured. The pic shows decor all around the bottle but as the other reviewer was just 2 stickers slapped on each side. Do Not purchase!
Great story behind the cat lamp. With the offer, I could certainly claim the sale price for one item. Three items seemed to be the sweet spot as the best value. There was no pressure to over-buy this item. I wasn't assaulted with more offers for other items before I could check out. For some reason one bank was not interested in financing the purchase but it was easy to find a willing card provider
