If I could use a negative star I would . This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! I called and made a payment over the phone with my debit card and at NO time did I authorize them to put my card number on file. Suddenly, I look on my bank statement and see where they have been charging my card without my authorization and like I said, I didn’t even know she had put it on file. I was told it was a one time card authorization. Now I find out they have put my card on file and are charging it whenever they get good and ready to do so.
I spent 30 minutes yesterday trying to reach a doctor's office for an appointment, without success. Today, I wasted 95 minutes before finally getting through, all while listening to terrible music. I have a concussion and need to see a specialist. An appointment two months away is not acceptable. The medical staff is great, but the management of the facility is seriously lacking.
If I could give a lower rating, I would. As a former employee, I witnessed the decline in working conditions after the buyout. The focus shifted to profits, leading to the termination of many patients from their primary care. They refuse to bill certain insurance plans, prioritizing profit over patient care.
