I bought Windows 11 Pro activation license key fro them. And it didn't work, so i contacted their customer service on their page, they replied within a minute or two, sent me a sencond one which also didn't work and then sent me another one which worked. Everybody does mistakes, their customer service was quick, efficient and didn't ask unneccessary questions
My experience wasn't perfect, but it didn't stop me from giving 5 stars. I couldn't reach them via WhatsApp, but the customer support team was friendly and efficient in resolving the issue (the code wasn't working). I’ve read some comments where people mentioned not receiving their products, but I can’t confirm those claims. Whenever an issue arises, it's important to communicate, and the problem will be resolved.
This company needs improvement a lot of improvement with customer service.i bough a licence for Microsoft office (phone version) NOT RECOMMENDED.They sent us the invoice, but they didn't send the email with the actual code.I have to send at least 4 emails because they didn't reply, so finally they gave me the code but I had to insist.They have a WhatsApp chat. They don't reply at all, so do not bother with that.
I bought a Windows 11 Pro key and they gave me a used key and I sent an email asking for another code or a refund and they did ask for more details and when I gave them the information, they stopped answering, they are just gone.
