My golden retriever absolutely loves the entire LickiMat range and so does my husband and I. It keeps her stimulated and engaged so we can enjoy some peace and quiet around meal times (especially if you pop it in the freezer). We will be lifetime customers.
I bought the two cratemates for our lab after seeing the new product on instagram.It's everything promised and more. We mainly use them when we leave the house as she can get car anxiety but this makes the car rewarding and calms her down loads. Yet to try it at the vets but I have no doubt it'll help.The best tip we saw was freezing yoghurt onto them. Literally keeps her busy for 30-40 minPlus it's made from non-toxic material which is why we went with lickimat instead of the cheaper silicone alternatives
I absolutely love the Lickimat products! We have a couple of them that I use for my dog Louie and they are fantastic enrichment toys. It's a great way to keep him stimulated during the day or to give him a nice treat. They are excellent quality and have lasted me a few years (and I'm sure many more to come!). Your pets will thank and love you if you get them a Lickimat toy/product!

Due to the company incorrectly naming the business bank account, I reported the company for fraud, as I didn't recognise the payment.Which the bank after a full investigation, refunded me the amount.During Calls/Texts/Emailing after me being refunded, the company said they didn't know they had 'that setting' for a different bank name details.I offered to repay the amount, but that wasn't good enough, and was told to phone my bank.This is the full email:'You need to understand that we will ultimately likely need to take down the LickiMat UK website as we have been labeled a fraudulent website by you.Offering to make payment is irrelevant, as your actions and the reporting of LickiMat UK has significant ripples that may impact all LickiMat UK customers. You may well say that this is all our fault, but you can help by contacting your bank to fix this.As advised, we are left with few options in dealing with this matter. It is a serious matter for us and our other customers. If you did contact your bank through the same mechanism you used to call us fraudulent, it would likely help. We have spent hours trying to fix this. 'Which the bank has taken as threatening, as this is a tactic used to get further money out customers.As all I should have been required to do is pay the original amount. I was also told it is not true that a whole website has to be closed for a individual case.I have issued this incase others have are also in this situation.
I bought a Voila treat pouch from their website for £70 - not cheap! Unfortunately the hinge broke within a few months, which really shouldn’t happen for a product at this price point. I contacted their customer service and was offered several options; they said they’d be happy to send a replacement on the condition that any future issues I would bring directly to Voila (manufacturer). I agreed - but after that, they stopped responding. Months later, I’m still without a replacement.Disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company as they don’t seem to honour their promises.
We have a Newfoundland called Ziggy who can get quite anxious during fireworks, especially around Bonfire Night. The LickiMat Soother has been brilliant for helping him settle. We spread a bit of peanut butter on it and it keeps him calm and distracted while the noise is going on.It is simple, well made and really effective. Ziggy loves it and it has made stressful evenings much easier for all of us! Definitely recommend for anyone with an anxious dog.
