Absolute rubbish! Fake Laura Geller and only 1pc. Mine arrived today smashed to bits. So awful and a complete scam. I've emailed them but doubt I'll get a reply! Shipped from China not USA.I wish I could upload photos.I have now received an email offering up to 20% refund of the full cost and I can keep the product...lucky me!This is not the baked product as described and I wouldn't dare put it anywhere near my face.I have refused their offer. I'll update accordingly. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Further update:I was offered 30% refund which I refused.Today I received this email:"Dear customer,We will send you a return address.You can just return your order to the address we offer.When we receive the items, we will check whether the goods meet our return and refund requirements.If there is no problem. This seemed to do the trick. I got this reply:Dear customer,We apologize for the inconvenience!We're sorry you didn't accept our offer.If you can't return the product, we won't be able to provide you with a refund. However, since you are a valued customer, we have two refund slots available to you to ensure your customer experience is maintained.I've submitted your order refund request to our after-sales department.Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process and will be credited back to your payment account.You can check your account during this process.Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Do not buy from this company Ordered 3 items laura geller baked only the pallet cane which was damagedContacted got a response offering 10% discount but no reply about items missing Informed wanting to return with a full refund and was advised I would be responsible for logistics and shipping back to China Filed a case with PayPal and they have refunded Do not buy from this company
Unfortunately I did not look at these reviews before making a purchase. It’s a scam- claims to sell Laura Gellar but turns out it is a fake. Also expected 3 items but only got 1 (same as other reviews). I have emailed asking for refund but not had any response. STAY AWAY from this site!
