Order Issues and Poor Support

I placed an order on 11/13/25 and sent an email to request a partial cancellation two days later on 11/15. I received an automated response with a case number but no further communication. Instead, I got an email stating the entire order was shipping. When I called the support team to request a refund for the part of the order I didn't want, they completely refused. I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Refund Request Ignored Despite Proof

The website claims you have 24 hours to cancel an order, but that is simply not true.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. I can't cancel my daughter's ring order as they refuse to assist. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will not pay for the subpar product they offer!

Fraudulent Practices

This company has cloned my card details and is attempting to make unauthorized charges. I had never heard of them before, and I see they are based in the US. I have reported them for fraud! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!

Unacceptable Delivery Times

Buyer beware. This company relies on its name alone to attract customers. We ordered graduation announcements in mid-March, and they didn't arrive until May 12th, much to the surprise of the high school. When we reached out about the two-month delay, customer service claimed announcements are sent up to 6 weeks after graduation, which is incredibly frustrating.

Disappointing Service and Products

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience and will not use this company again. I ordered graduation stoles for our students two months in advance and opted for expedited shipping. They were delivered sporadically, and two packages arrived empty, leaving some students without stoles for their ceremony. After reordering, the replacements were also wrong. I rate this experience a ZERO!

I ordered my doctoral robe and regalia well before the deadline set by my university, but as graduation approached, my order had not even been started! I received a full refund, but that doesn't help me on graduation day. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company!

Received Incorrect Graduation Gear
